A cofounder of the firm, Henry is passionate about developing the next generation of firm leaders and trial lawyers. He devotes a significant amount of time to mentoring partners and associates on litigation tactics, trial preparation and practice development. Along with his fellow named partners, he is committed to fostering a culture of respect, a standard of excellence, and a spirit of collegiality (along with occasional levity).
