Defense Verdict for Shaub Ahmuty Citrin & Spratt in Nassau County Supreme Court
The skillfulness of Shaub Ahmuty health care litigation attorneys Henry Shaub and Dominique Chin was on display in the Nassau County Supreme Court in their representation of a medical provider. The court rendered a defense verdict following a trial spanning a little over two weeks. The court held that the involved medical providers’ care was appropriate and that the plaintiff’s allegations were unavailing.
The case involved allegations of negligence during plaintiff’s emergency department presentation in 2014. Henry’s diligent efforts successfully demonstrated that a CT scan was not indicated during plaintiff’s presentation and that defendants at all times comported with good and accepted medical practice.
