Dismissal of a Seven Figure Case by Mike Pitre

Congratulations to Mike Pitre on a major win on summary judgment. In a decision by Judge Jimenez in Nassau Supreme, he was able to get all claims against our clients, a pediatric orthopedic surgeon and his practice, dismissed. This was a case in which there was an alleged failure to diagnose infant-plaintiff’s developmental dysplasia of the hip. The case was valued well into the seven figures but Michael was able to combine his legal writing with pertinent facts and a fantastic pediatric orthopedic surgery expert opinion to win the motion.
