Congratulations to Gerry Cushing on Obtaining a Defense Verdict Following a Two-Week Trial

Congratulations to trial partner, Gerry Cushing, and associate, Jessica George, on obtaining a defense verdict following a two-week trial in the Supreme Court, Queens County.  In a case involving allegations of negligence concerning the performance of motor evoked potential during plaintiff’s spine surgery, Gerry successfully established that our accomplished neurosurgeon did not cause plaintiff’s alleged injuries.  This well-earned victory came after years of discovery, underlying motion practice, and a hard-fought trial.
