A Five Week Journey to Another Victory

Congratulations to trial partner, Gerry Cushing, and his team on obtaining a unanimous defense verdict after a five-week trial in the Supreme Court, Suffolk County.  In a case involving allegations of negligence concerning decedent’s aspiration during a ureteroscopy, Gerry successfully established that our accomplished urologist not only rendered appropriate care, but also did not cause decedent’s injury.  After five weeks of trial, the jury rendered the unanimous defense verdict after less than an hour jury deliberations.
