Gerard Cushing Wins Unanimous Defense Verdict in Record Time
Congratulations to Trial Partner, Gerard Cushing, Esq., for receiving a unanimous defense verdict in Supreme Court, Suffolk County. In a case involving an alleged failure to treat a bowel obstruction resulting in a subsequent bowel perforation, Gerard successfully established that not only was our medical provider’s care appropriate, but that plaintiffs’ allegations were speculative and ultimately unavailing.
Notably, the jury rendered the unanimous defense verdict in record time, with only twenty-five (25) minutes of jury deliberations until the verdict was reached.
