Overview

Nina Allowe's legal knowledge is not confined to a single area. She draws from a diverse background that includes internships and hands-on experience in dispute resolution, intellectual property, and litigation strategy to create strong defense strategies for each client she represents.

As a Summer Associate here at Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt, LLP, Nina gained first-hand exposure to complex litigation strategies. She also interned with the Samuelson-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic and the Securities Litigation & Arbitration Clinic at Lincoln Square Legal Services, honing her skills in intellectual property and securities law. Earlier in her career, Nina gained experience as a Summer Legal Intern with the Family Justice Law Center, where she worked on cases challenging illegal separations by the child welfare system.

Nina's active involvement in several prestigious legal organizations during her time at Fordham University School of Law is a testament to her leadership and commitment to the legal profession. She served as an Associate Editor for the Dispute Resolution Society and a Fordham Environmental Law Review staff member. She also competed and was selected as a competitor for Fordham’s ICC mediation team, gaining valuable advocacy experience.

Nina is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the New York City Bar Association. She is committed to advocating for her clients while providing thoughtful, tailored guidance throughout the entire process.
