Justin Thrasher’s experience and relentless work ethic enable him to skillfully navigate cases from evaluation to trial and through appeal. His broad experience in both government and the private sector has equipped him to handle complex legal matters across various industries and disciplines, ensuring that his clients receive comprehensive representation at all stages of their case’s lifecycle. His ability to adapt to different legal environments has been key to his success in obtaining favorable outcomes, whether presenting persuasive arguments at trial or on appeal. His legal knowledge and unwavering commitment to client service make him an invaluable asset to the team.

Before joining Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin, & Spratt, Justin interned in the Enforcement Department at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), honing his regulation and compliance expertise. He also gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern at the United States Court of International Trade for the Honorable Claire Kelly, handling cases that required an understanding of constitutional and international trade law. Additionally, he was a legal intern at two boutique litigation firms in New York, gaining experience in various fields.

Justin attended Brooklyn Law School, where he received his J.D. and Business Law Certificate in 2024. During law school, he honed his legal research and advocacy skills. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. His education and training provide him with a strong foundation that enables him to create robust defense strategies for each client he represents.
