Joseph Bias prioritizes each healthcare professional he represents, prides himself on being constantly available, and is always ready to immediately address any concerns that may arise. He goes the extra mile to ensure all necessary steps are taken to achieve each of his client’s goals.
His experience at a prominent Long Island plaintiff’s firm where he worked on wrongful death and products cases, oftentimes involving large corporations, provide him with an unequaled perspective that allows him to analyze each case from the perspective of both plaintiff and defendant.
Joseph was the Competition Chair for the Trial Competition Team in law school. He also was a member of the Center for Justice and Democracy clinic where, as a student attorney, he argued key legal issues before members of the executive and legislative branches of the U.S. Government.
He vigorously works to obtain the best possible resolution for each of his clients through diligent, holistic analysis of medical records. Joseph has aided in successful summary judgment motions and trials resulting in defense verdicts.
