Overview

Elizabeth Gorman focuses on defending healthcare professionals and institutions in medical malpractice cases. Her practice involves assisting with all stages of litigation, including trial preparation, legal research, and drafting memoranda related to medical and legal issues in ongoing cases.

Before joining the firm, Elizabeth served as a judicial intern at the Richmond County Supreme Court, conducting research for upcoming trials and authoring memorandums of law. She also observed various jury and bench trials, which provided her with valuable courtroom experience and insight into trial procedures. During law school, Elizabeth worked at a boutique securities & shareholder litigation firm. 

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from New York Law School and holds a Bachelor of Science summa cum laude from Fordham University. Her academic achievements reflect her commitment to legal excellence and passion for advocating on behalf of healthcare providers.

Elizabeth is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Health Law Association. She continues to deepen her knowledge of medical-legal matters and contributes her legal knowledge to the defense of healthcare professionals.
