Overview
Danielle Bruno has spent her over 20 year career representing a diverse client base in matters involving medical malpractice defense and general liability. Danielle is a valued member of the Healthcare Litigation Group which specializes in the complex area of medical malpractice defense as well as the defense of nursing homes, adult homes and assisted living facilities. Danielle has worked with countless medical providers to develop solid and successful defense strategies. Through her hard work and career long dedication, Danielle has secured numerous favorable summary judgment decisions and has negotiated many reasonable settlements in the best interest of her clients. She works closely with all her clients, dedicating hours, and even days, guiding them through the deposition and litigation process in order to provide them with a sense of calm and security.
Danielle graduated from Hofstra School of Law in 2000 and began her legal career as a NYC Assistant Corporation Counsel. While with Corporation Counsel, she gained extensive trial experience in the Tort Division and practiced in all areas of municipal liability including labor law, premises liability, false arrest and special duty. She was promoted to management before pursuing private practice.
In addition to her outstanding legal work, Danielle has served on the Board of Directors for local not-for-profit organizations, the Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center, and has authored literature for their client base with regard to family advocacy for dementia residents in the inpatient setting.
