Daniel Slomnicki advises hospitals and physicians on all aspects of litigation, expertly guiding them from inception through trial. His methodical, detailed approach to compiling information and reviewing records and other pertinent documents aids him in his legal analysis and creating incredibly comprehensive defenses. Prior to joining Shaub, Ahmuty, Citrin & Spratt in 2019, Daniel worked at various medical malpractice firms, allowing him to skillfully handle his complex caseload and instill confidence in his clients as he navigates them through each phase of litigation.
Dedicated and focused, Daniel was published in New York State Bar Association Law Student Connection with an article titled “Rape by Fraud, Deception, or Impersonation: An Addition to New York’s Penal Law: Rape in the First Degree Statute.”
He passionately works to negotiate his clients’ needs, and has been granted numerous court decisions and orders beneficial to the hospitals and physicians he represents, priding himself on concluding a case with the best possible outcome.
Daniel is actively involved in his community and provides pro bono work by serving as First Vice President of his synagogue. Working with his community enhances his ability as an attorney who values creating meaningful and effective relationships with his clients.
