Overview
Anthony Ruzzi skillfully advises healthcare providers, institutions, representatives and nursing homes through medical malpractice and general liability cases, zealously advocating on their behalf throughout all phases of the litigation process.
Organized and amiable, Anthony forges close relationships with each of his clients, making himself readily available to help whenever a need arises. He chases down every possibility to piece together an effective defense, giving him an edge over other counsel.
Anthony draws upon his past experiences, which include functioning as an editor of the New York Real Property Law Journal, working at a bankruptcy clinic and clerking at both an insurance claims firm and a plaintiff's medical malpractice injury firm, when diligently combing through medical records or crafting effective, refined motions and reports.
Anthony strives for perfection and prides himself on his ability to easily explain hard to digest legal terms to clients, both orally and in writing. His determination has paid off numerous times, in the form of a defense verdict on the first trial he assisted with trial prep and the granting of numerous summary judgment motions.
