In addition, Alexi was a Law Intern with the Youth Advocacy Clinic at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. In this role, she represented immigrant youth in guardianship and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) proceedings. Alexi also gained valuable courtroom experience as a District Court Intern with the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. Under a student practice order, she appeared in district court, conducted legal research, interviewed witnesses, and drafted memorandums for Assistant District Attorneys. Her role culminated in participation in a mock trial competition, which further honed her litigation skills.

Alexi’s commitment to advocating for her clients is unwavering. She is passionate about defending healthcare professionals in complex medical malpractice litigation. Her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, with a focus on advocacy and litigation, and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, are testaments to her dedication and passion.
