Overview

Joseph is dedicated to serving healthcare providers, hospital representatives, and insurance carriers with exceptional legal representation. He brings a unique blend of legal knowledge and healthcare industry insight to our practice.

Before joining our firm, Joseph was an associate attorney at a small Long Island firm, where he worked on litigation for municipal clients. He also gained valuable judicial experience as an intern for the Honorable Paul M. Hensley at the Suffolk County Courthouse. This internship gave him invaluable insights into the judicial process and refined his legal research and writing skills.

Joseph’s background uniquely positions him to understand and serve our healthcare provider clients. Before starting his legal career, he worked at SpineSearch LLC, where he developed a deep understanding of client experiences in the healthcare sector. By building close relationships with clients, he gained firsthand knowledge of the challenges and nuances of the healthcare industry. This experience informs his approach to defense medical malpractice cases, letting him bridge the gap between legal strategy and the practical realities faced by healthcare providers, hospital representatives, and insurance carriers.

Graduating from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, he distinguished himself as a leader and scholar. During his time at Hofstra Law, he served as the Director of Competitions for the Moot Court Board, honing his advocacy skills and mentoring fellow students. His academic prowess was further shown through his role as Head Articles Editor for the ACTEC Law Journal, where he contributed to the publication of cutting-edge legal scholarship in the fields of trust and estate law.

At SACS, Joseph leverages his diverse background to provide comprehensive legal representation in medical malpractice defense cases. His combination of strong legal skills, leadership experience, and healthcare industry insight makes him a valuable asset to our clients and our team. He is committed to delivering exceptional legal services and maintaining the high standards of integrity and professionalism that our firm is known for.
