The SACS Team Calms the Storm

The SACS Litigation/Appellate Strategy & Advocacy Group was retained in a “storm in progress” case seeking affirmance of the motion court’s dismissal of plaintiffs’ Complaint.  Our position was primarily briefed by Jonathan Shaub and Sean Harriton; argument by Jonathan Shaub.  SACS convinced the Court to determine and reject the appeal on a procedural basis as plaintiff appealed from the wrong order and the appeal was thus untimely, so the Court never even had to reach the substantive merits of our “storm in progress” defense.
