Adam Fischkelta Secures a Summary Judgment Victory in a High Exposure Case

Adam Fischkelta was able to secure success on motion for summary judgment/dismissal for our institutional and two individually named clients. This was a high exposure case with a top plaintiff’s firm involving a lumbar spine surgery where there were allegations of failure to properly elicit, report, and act on postoperative complaints of urinary incontinence and perineal numbness, resulting in permanent neurogenic bladder.
