Mark Khavkin Obtains Order of Summary Judgment On Behalf of Our Defendant Surgeon 

In May 2020 Mark Khavkin obtained an order of Summary Judgment on behalf of our defendant Orthopedic Surgeon in a case involving claims of a failure to properly treat a spinal abscess resulting in paraplegia. In granting the motion, J. Mahon of Supreme Court Nassau County agreed the plaintiff’s experts failed to rebut the arguments of our expert Neurosurgeon, In a 66 page decision, J. Mahon granted our application while denying the dispositive motions brought by all other parties.
