Jessica George Obtains Summary Judgment On Behalf Of Defendant Urologist and Hospital

In June 2020 Jessica George obtained an order of Summary Judgment on behalf of our defendant Urologist and defendant Hospital from J. Edwards of Supreme Court, Kings County.  Plaintiff alleged the defendants failed to timely repeat PSA testing and thus failed to timely diagnose metastatic prostate cancer resulting in death 2 ½ years later. J. Edwards agreed that plaintiff’s expert was unable to refute our argument that an earlier biopsy would not have changed the unfortunate outcome, and granted this dispositive relief.
