Yet another trial victory for Craig Bienstock

Congratulations to partner, Craig Bienstock, who exactly 30-days after obtaining a defense verdict in one case, scored a second DV in another case.  In his latest victory, the plaintiff accused our client, a very prominent surgeon in the tri-state area, of failing to timely diagnose and treat the patient’s gastric perforation following a medical procedure.  Using creative and compelling arguments over the course of the trial, however, Craig was able to convince the jury that our client not only appropriately performed the subject procedure and timely diagnosed the gastric perforation, but our client actually saved the patient’s life.
