Bill Spratt Wins Defense Verdict in New York County Supreme Court
Congratulations to health care litigation attorney, Bill Spratt. He and the SACS team received a defense verdict on one of the more difficult cases ever tried in New York County Supreme Court before Justice Nancy Bannon.
Bill is well-known throughout the medical and legal community for his more than 30-year track record as a winning trial attorney. His particular skills reached new heights in this trial. The case involved the delicate matter of a patient with a long-standing mental health disease assaulting his wife following discharge from the hospital.
The jury was carefully guided through the intricacies of mental health diagnosis and treatment while respecting the severity of the trauma involved. They reached a verdict supporting the doctors SACS was defending.
